The Lodge at Lykens Valley
Room Rates and Policies

  • Room rates are $77.95 plus 6% Sales Tax and 5% PA Hotel Tax.

  • Room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests, $10 per person per night. Limit FOUR people per room.

  • Weekly Rates are available. Please call or email for details.

  • Smoking and Non-Smoking rooms are available. Please advise the receptionist of your preference when making your reservation.

  • Room rates include Lodge Room and Continental Breakfast. Continental breakfast is available from 7:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.

  • All reservations must be secured with a deposit of the full amount of one-night stay. All Stay and Play Packages require a deposit of $50 per person. Deposits may be made using a major credit card. Reservations are not confirmed until receipt of deposit.

  • Cancellation Policy: cancellations or changes for Stay and Play packages, holidays, special event days, or group reservations must be received at least 30 days prior to check in-date.

  • Reservations cancelled after the 30-day cut-off will be refunded only if the room is rebooked, less a cancellation fee of $25 for reservations after the 30 day period that can not be rebooked. Deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations for all other reservations must be recieved 24 hours before scheduled arrival date without penalty.

  • Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m., unless prior arrangements have been made with the management. Credit card information must be presented at time of check-in.

  • PET POLICY: Rooms are available to accommodate small pets, with an additional $25 charge. All pets must be kept in a pet carrier when not supervised by the pet owner. All pets must be on a leash when outside of room. Owner must sign a pet agreement form and will be held responsible for any and all charges for damages caused by the pet.

Smoking is not allowed in public areas of The Lodge. PENALTIES FOR SMOKING VIOLATIONS WILL BE APPLIED TO CREDIT CARD.
